Foundation of Seguros del Centro in León, Guanajuato.
1996
Becomes an affiliate of GE Insurance.
2004
GE creates its Genworth Financial division.
2009
Acquisition by the Talanx Group. HDI SEGUROS commences operations.

The Talanx Group acquires the Metropolitana insurance company.
